With over 18 years of experience in architectural drafting and interior design, Leslie Thornton brings a thoughtful and passionate approach to every project she undertakes. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Department of Interior Design, Leslie earned her degree with honors in 2000 and became NCIDQ certified in 2003, officially establishing her credentials as a Certified Interior Designer.

Leslie’s early years were shaped by a love of travel and a deep curiosity about global design traditions, which she explored throughout the U.S., Ireland, Paris, London, and Belgium. Her professional journey includes working with several prominent architecture and design firms in Richmond, where she honed her skills in both residential and commercial interiors.

Beyond design, Leslie is a multifaceted creative: a dedicated artist, writer, photographer, and mother who draws inspiration from daily life, gardening, homesteading, and time spent with her family. Her design philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a home that is comfortable, inviting, and uniquely their own.
